Refund Policy Effective Date: 12/15/2025 Payment Terms Payment is due in full before coaching services begin. We accept payment through our secure payment processor. Coaching Package Purchases All coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased and services have begun. By purchasing a package, you are committing to the full program duration.​ Unused sessions may be credited toward future services within 6 months of original purchase No cash refunds will be issued for partially completed packages. Credits are non-transferable. Cancellation Policy Individual sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee No-shows will be charged the full session fee Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice, subject to availability. ​ Free Consultations Free initial consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty with 24 hours notice. ​ Questions?
